Abstract

Morgagni hernia is an infrequent, congenital, retrosternal diaphragmatic defect. Surgical repair can be performed using a laparoscopic or open approach [1-2]. We present a case of where a laparoscopic approach was used to implant an intra-abdominal mesh to repair a giant Morgagni hernia.
