CDH families, it’s that time again!
Every 5 or 10 years, we request that CDH families update their photos for various projects:
- Faces of CDH daily posts
- CDH Yearbooks
- Calendars
- Telethon posts
- CDH Magazine posts
- Videos
- Billboards
- Posts
- Other printed material for CDH awareness and education

The 30th anniversary CDH Yearbook will be published in April 2026! Make sure to include an updated photo (survivors).
ALL CDH PATIENTS CAN PARTICIPATE. We welcome CDH angel photos and even ultrasound photos of those not yet born.
To add or update your photo, please send them to awareness@cdhi.org with your name, the patient’s name and patient’s birth year, state/province, country and status (survivor, angel, or due).
To remove a photo, please email us at awareness@cdhi.org with the patient’s name.
Please DO NOT post updated photos in social media comments, send us photos in messages or chats. We have to streamline this process so we don’t miss anyone. Use awareness@cdhi.org please.
Rules are:
- Photos of only the CDH patient, please
- No collages or multiple photos. 1 photo per patient.
- No logos (except CDH international clothing)
- No masks, costumes, etc
- You MUST be a member of CDH International. Join for free at www.cdhboards.org
- You MUST give us publishing permission via your membership form at www.cdhboards.org
