We want to thank Dr. Dylan Stewart, MD at Johns Hopkins Hospital, in Baltimore, Maryland, for Bringing Hope Around the World to our CDH Families.
Brittany Price, mom to cherub Grayson, had this to share about Dr. Stewart. “Dr. Stewart from Johns Hopkins University performed a life saving surgery on our two day old baby boy. Our son, Grayson, was born with left sided CDH which was not diagnosed until birth. We had never even heard of CDH, much less had any idea of what his birth defect entailed. Dr. Stewart saved Grayson’s life and remained a constant source of encouragement for our family. A year after birth, Grayson ended up having intestinal and bowel issues. Dr. Stewart remained informed of Grayson’s condition and treatment even though his issues did not directly relate to Dr. Stewart’s area of work. I know that Dr. Stewart is always only a phone call or email away which is a great source of comfort. We owe Dr. Stewart a debt we can never repay.”
