We want to introduce you to CDH International’s Virginia Ambassador, Clarissa Staggs. Clarissa is the mom to angel cherub Elizabeth.
I have lived in quite a few places throughout my life – New Jersey, Massachusetts, Vermont, Ireland, California, Maryland, but now call Virginia my home with my husband, 2 kids, 1 dog, and 3 fish, and the memory of our angel CDH baby. I have my Bachelor’s of Science in Secondary Education Biology and a Masters in Public Health. I have worked as an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist, a Hazardous Materials Inspector, a high school science teacher, and been an adjunct science faculty member for a couple of different community colleges. Basically, I am working on figuring out my life plan! In my spare time I enjoy volunteering when I can, reading, traveling, arts and crafts, game time with the family, and might admit to being a bit of a tv and movie junkie.
