Featured CDH International’s Canada Ambassador is Whitney Reynolds. Whitney is the mother to CDH survivor Norah.
Whitney lives in Ontario Canada with her husband and their three wonderful children. She has a passion for photography, a college diploma in Medical Office Administration, and is Reiki certified. She loves to spend her time in nature enjoying trails and outdoor adventures with her family, and believes in the power of kindness and helping others. Her third child Norah was born on July 20, 2016, at 36 weeks old with undiagnosed left-sided CDH. The diagnosis came as a shock to her entire family – who like so many others – had never heard of a Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia and were unsure of what to expect. Norah had her successful repair at two days old, and is now a happy little girl who loves to entertain her siblings with her stories, singing, dancing, and vibrant personality.
