2. Create a Facebook Fundraiser for CDH International, add photos, share your story!
3. Send us a photo of your home
4. We will send you QR code to send people directly to your fundraiser. post your picture on social media or purchase a sign with a QR code that links to our donation page.
5. We will provide the link and the design for the yard sign to print or we can order you a yard sign with your child’s photo for $20.
