It’s Snowing!
Every year, CDH International participates in National Children’s Memorial Day in December by lighting virtual candles for 1000’s of patients lost to Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia.
After this event, we add the names of 1000’s of CDH survivors as well, represented with snowflakes to spotlight the fact that every single Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia patient is unique and every case different and challenging.
We join together with family and friends to view this solemn, sad, and yet hopeful list of member patients and pay tribute to each one by donating $5 to add additional candles and snowflakes by a child’s (or adult’s) name. Join us and honor a patient and family who has gone through this fight or is still in this fight. Every dollar is tax-deductible and goes to Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia Research.
