Tune into the telethon as over 70 celebrities are making appearances and over 20 CDH families are sharing their CDH stories, to help raise money to fight Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia.
Co-host and 1883 actor, Eric Nelson, will be recognizing the top fundraisers for April 19th as well as the CDH patients with the most CDH Ribbons placed by their name throughout the day.
