We want to introduce you to CDH International’s Delaware Ambassador, Roxy Warnick. Roxy is the mo to cherub Lilly and angel cherub Briella.
Hi! My name is Roxanne Warnick, I usually go by Roxy. I grew up in Maryland, and moved to Delaware when my husband, Jeremy and I married in 2013. We are grain farmers, and have 7 Perdue chicken houses. We have 3 very lovable pups; a border collie, Pomeranian, and Siberian Husky. Outside of farming and being a stay at home mom, I really enjoy photography and stay pretty busy during wedding season.
In 2015 we found out our first daughter, Briella Grace had severe bi-lateral cdh, she was born 10/08/15 at CHOP and survived for 46 glorious minutes. A short time later we found out we were expecting, again. September 29, 2016, our 2nd daughter was born; sadly she had right cdh and left eventration. She spent, just short, of 4 months in the nicu at CHOP, was on ECMO with a brain drain, oscillator, ventilator, all that Jazz. She is now a very spunky 2 year old, a total of 8 surgeries, no longer has a feeding tube, and is just rocking this thing. I couldn’t be more proud of her. My family has a very strong faith, and continue to praise God for everything He has done for our family, and long for the day when we can all be together again. God Bless you all!
