We want to introduce you to CDH International’s Tennessee Ambassador, Sharon Weir. Sharon is the mom to cherub angel Kaden.
Sharon have lived in Tennessee for the majority of her life. She is a teacher and has been teaching at the elementary level for 10 years. She loves working with people! Rachel enjoys spending time with her children and loves being outside. It’s her dream to one day be able to pack up and move to the beach! She absolutely loves the fall in the south! What’s better than pumpkins, colorful trees, perfect weather, and SEC football? Go Vols!
CDH has had a tremendous impact on her life. The joy over meeting her precious son, Kaden, quickly turned to fear and uncertainty about the future. From the diagnosis at their 20 week ultrasound to all sorts of medical testing, followed by a quick decision (had to be quick due to study requirements) to fly across the country for FETO, it all just happened so fast. CDH took a lot from her, including the chance to watch her son grow up. She has met a lot of wonderful people through the CDH community. Rachel says it’s nice to have met such great people, but she is sorry they all are facing this devastating diagnosis.
