CDHi welcomes Kaylene Moore to our new Support Team. Kaylene is the mom to CDH Survivor Jeremiah.
Kaylene lives in Wisconsin with her wonderful husband and CDH survivor, Jeremiah. She has a background in sales and retail management. Kaylene is very passionate about helping stop Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia.
“I’m very happy to be part of the CDH International team,” shares Kaylene.
