Featured CDH International’s California Volunteer is Jake Howell. Jake volunteers as a CA State Representative and works on our awareness team. Jake is the father to CDH angel Madison.
Jake works for Anthem Inc. which is one of America’s largest healthcare company’s in the United States. At Anthem Jake is a Business Change Director within the Specialty Business Division driving overall planning and portfolio management responsibilities across various strategic growth areas in an effort to drive growth in our Dental, Vision, Life & Disability, and other specialty products. Jake holds a Masters in Business Administration from California Lutheran University and Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family (wife Erika, Daughters Katelyn & Brooke, and Son Cole) and friends whether it’s taking the kids to the park or grilling for the big game. Jake is a huge Los Angeles Chargers fan – Go Bolts! Jake’s involvement with CDHi began after losing his daughter Madison Blair Howell (Maddie Bear) due to CDH complications in October 2017. After learning more about why Maddie lost her fight with CDH Jake and his family are determined to make a difference in the fight to save the CHERUBS!!!
