Featured CDH International’s Utah Ambassador is Melanee Spencer. Melanee is the mother to CDH angel Makenzee.
Melanee Spencer is the mom to 5 children, her fourth child Makenzee was born with an undiagnosed LCDH in 1998 (April 1, 1998 to May 5, 1998).
Melanee has worked in healthcare for over 30 years as a CNA and got her degree in Respiratory Therapy a few years ago. She is excited to be a volunteer for CDH International. She found cherubs in an online search 22 years ago. They have helped her through the worst days and been there to cheer her on in the good days. Melanee would love to return the support to other CDH families. In her free time, she likes to crochet (her grandkids end up with most of her project’s).
