Featured CDH International’s Ambassador and Awareness Committee Member is Terry Buchamer. Terry is the father to CDH survivor Jared.
Terry has been married for 25 years to Wendy and they have two children, Mikayla and their cherub, Jared. Terry has been with Cherubs for some time, and is now a CDH International Ambassador and Awareness Committee volunteer. CHERUBS enabled them to give back and also share their story. As a family, they have been involved in two Genetic studies, one at BC Children’s Hospital with the Rare Disease foundation and Dr Milan Patel, and the other one is with Boston Children’s Hospital. They are hoping to come up with a complete understanding as to how this happens. Terry also enjoys working on old cars when he is not being a Heavy Duty Mechanic and looks forward to traveling.
