February 26, 2024 marks the first ever global Children’s Surgery Day.
CDH International is immensely grateful to all of the people who support better healthcare and access to surgery for all patients born with Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia around the world.
Today, we join our friends in the Global Initiative for Children’s Surgery (GICS), the G4 Alliance, the Alliance of Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia Organizations (ACDHO), and the Global Research Alliance of Congenital Anomalies (GRACA) in celebrating the advances of care and advocate for more care so that every child who needs it, has access to surgery.
