The Governor of Kentucky has proclaimed April CDH Awareness Month. April 2021 is a month that citizens of the state recognize and raise awareness of Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia.
Join us in raising awareness on CDH Awareness Day, April 19th, and all month long. Thank you so much to our Kentucky CDHi Ambassador, Brian Johnson, for raising awareness in honor of his sons Zachary and Samuel.
