CDH International to happy to announce the addition of Kristin Aigner, RS, BSN to our NGO in the United Kingdom. She joins Naomi Wright, Dr. Badr Chaban and Dawn Ireland to lead this new research organization in Europe and she replaces Dr. Neema Kaseje, who had to step down from charity boards to fulfill her new role as Head of Surgery at the World Health Organization.
Kristin runs the CDH Clinic at OSF, taking it over after her mother founded the clinic after the loss of her son, Christopher, to Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia. This gives Kristin a family connection, lots of CDH experience and also a very unique perspective. She has also been a long time member of our Medical Advisory Board.
We are thrilled that she is part of the UK team and we look forward to working together more!
