CDH International wants to recognize the Gauthier and McAngus family for their generous donation made in memory of their precious son Lincoln. We greatly appreciate their support in wanting to help other CDH families. Lincoln is a precious angel and has touched so many hearts around the world. Our love and prayers go out to Lincoln’s family and friends during this difficult time.
Samantha, Lincoln’s mom, recently shared this about her donation:
“When Kev and I opened up about diagnosis we received enormous amounts of support from so many people. Our families and workplaces even threw us wonderful celebrations in place of a baby shower because our biggest fear was not bringing our baby boy home. Our biggest fear is now our reality buy we decided we need to help other families who are/have been in our exact same situation. CDH is common, yet not known birth defect with an extremely high mortality rate. What we have gone through is what 50% of people diagnosed also are going through. With all YOUR generous donations we have given a donation in Lincoln’s name to CDH International, also known as Cherubs. This wonderful organization provides support with research, information, tons of emotional support, and care packages to families all over the world. Plus so much more! This charity now will hold a huge part of our hearts and giving back felt necessary in our healing. Thank you everyone for your support then, now and in the future.
