We are sad to report that we must postpone the 2020 CDH International Conference in Toronto in July.
Given the spread of COVID-19, our patients with with weaker lungs, families in the United States under financial stress, the current border closing and a multitude of variables no one can currently answer during this crisis, the Executive Board of Directors voted this week that the responsible thing to do is to postpone the conference until 2021.
We will post a date for 2021 as soon as we have one. We will continue to with Sick Kids to pull the event together next summer. We plan on celebrating our 25th until then!
We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to seeing you all next year!

The 2020 CDH Conference and CDHi 25th Anniversary will be held in Toronto, Ontario, Canada just over the border to bring all our North American families together for the biggest CDH event ever!
Conference Registration

We’re kicking off the conference on Thursday night with a pizza party for all attendees! The following days of the conference will include speakers in the medical and research fields, as well as round-table discussions for families to discuss caring for survivors and the grieving process.
Separate registrations must be purchased for each attendee.
Each registration includes:
- One official 2020 CHERUBS conference t-shirt (to be picked up at conference)
- Admission to all days of the conference
- Entry to Thursday evening’s pizza party
- Entry to Saturday evening’s 25th Anniversary Gala
Registration does not include Toronto Blue Jays tickets, hotel reservations, transportation, travel expenses, or food/beverages outside of conference hours.
The cutoff date to register for the conference is July 5th, 2020. Late registrations will be able to attend the conference, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive a conference t-shirt.
