2021 CDH Hope Totebags

CDH International’s HOPE (Helping Other Parents Expecting) Totebag Program assists families expecting babies born with Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia by providing them with much needed free information and support items through a community project. In addition, all CDH families can participate and honor their children while helping new families affected by Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia.

To receive a Hope Totebag, you must be a member of CDH International. To register for a free CDHi account, please visit http://www.cdhboards.org. Membership with CDHi is free. Currently due to funding, totebags are only sent out within the United States and Canada.

Totebags are sent to families who are expecting babies born with CDH or who have newborns still hospitalized and battling CDH.

Due to the rising cost of shipping fees, other CDH related charity services and the results of a recent survey, the care packages have been updated. Furthermore, we have included what families are interested in receiving. We are currently accepting donations of small wings, gift cards, shirt and printing sponsorships, chapsticks and hand sanitizers. Donations can be mailed to CDH International, 3650 Rogers Rd. #290, Wake Forest, NC 27587. Each tax-deductible item will be lovingly labeled in honor of or in memory of your cherub. You can choose to label items yourself as well.

Please note when registering for membership what sizes of adult t-shirts you would like sent with your totebag. We have Adult Small to Adult X-Large in sizes. We will send two adult t-shirts with each totebag.
