The CDHi team, along with some of our beloved CHERUBS members, took on Washington DC at the end of April to lobby in Congress for an inquiry to the NIH in reference to the funding given for Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia. We met with state and local representatives from North Carolina, Ohio, New York, Virginia, Utah, and Colorado to have families tell their stories about CDH and to gather support for the initiative. It was a very important trip that we’re so happy to have shared with some of our members!
