CDH International welcomes Melissa Johnstone to our Patient Advocacy Board. Melissa is a CDH mom to CDH survivor Kieran.
Melissa Johnstone is from Utah. Her husband, Justin, and her are parents to their CDH superhero Kieran.
Kieran has a younger sister and an older brother and sister, but he is their only child diagnosed with CDH. He’s had an amazing journey and they have met so many wonderful families and gained such a supportive network through CDH International.
Melissa’s hope that in advocating for our kids and our families that it will help bring much needed awareness, support and research for congenital diaphragmatic hernia, so that all of our kids may come home.
