The mayor of the city of Fairview Heights, Illinois has proclaimed that April 19th, 2018 be a day that citizens of the city 
recognize and raise awareness of Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia. This proclamation was made in memory of Liam Scott Nichols (3/2 -3/5/2018).
