Hello Family and Friends of CDH International,
My name is Dr. Augusto Zani and I am a Neonatal and Pediatric Surgeon at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. I’m so excited to work with you and my partners at CDH International in our many research efforts.

Second, I asked the research team at CDH International to add some questions to their already robust questionnaire. That’s where you come in.
