Unfortunately because of the inability to know the status of the pandemic next summer, the CDH International Board of Directors has decided to postpone the annual conference for another year to stay on the side of caution. Our fragile patient lungs and our families are too important to risk and the conference expense it too much to gamble on.
However, we are not giving up our event altogether and will hold a virtual, international conference complete with multiple research speakers, our traditional pizza party and family intros, round tables and more. We are excited about this new opportunity and if it goes well, all future conferences will be both in person and virtual.
Additionally, 2022 will bring about TWO CDH International conference. We will be in Toronto in July and also another location overseas (to be announced this spring).
