In order for CDHi to share your story, we must have:
- Your membership form. Join, for free! It just takes a few minutes
- A video of you sharing your story (yes, video. Just be yourself!)
- 3 photos
- Answer the questions in the form below
Creating your interview:
Videos should be between 20 and 25 minutes
Solid background (ie walls or curtains)
No background noises or interruptions
No logos from corporations or other nonprofit organizations.
No cursing please.
Be yourself.
Share as much or as little information as you would like but keep in mind that videos will be public
It’s ok to cry. It’s ok to be real.
