CDH International is thrilled to announce that beginning in August, and we are offering CDH families the opportunities to start their own foundations in honor or memory of their child.
CDH International can now offer fiscal sponsorship, which means that you don’t have to do any of the IRS filings,
Just create your Board, mission and use our templates for your Bylaws. We will teach you best practices, laws, how to create ethical boards, how to offer original projects and not compete with other organizations, HIPAA and GDPR compliance, transparency, and all you need to know, taught by award-winning charity leaders with over 20 years experience who can mentor you and help you avoid the mistakes and pitfalls that many new charities make.
Your foundation has its own name, logo, Board, website, and projects. It will not be a branch of CDHi but your own entity.
You also have the option to commission us to file your annual tax returns.
The cost of fiscal sponsorship is just 10% of your charity’s income. This is a small price not to worry about all the legalities and paperwork and be affiliated with the world’s oldest, largest, and leaving CDH charity. It also below the rate of most fiscal sponsors.
Our goal is to help families who want their own charities to bring something new to the CDH table become an asset to the community, work professionally with other charities and create more opportunities to serve our children.
Currently, this is only available in the US. However, we hope to offer this in the UK next year.
